Away from the office, Ryan is an avid adventurer. He enjoys exploring new destinations, spending time with family and friends, hitting the beach, soaking in live comedy or music, and carving up snowy slopes. Currently, he’s working toward earning his pilot’s license.
Kyrie joins the CBM Team with extensive experience in senior operational roles, bringing a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and business and financial acumen. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and creating unique water-hydro plants—combining her love for nature and design with creativity and sustainability.
Jennifer thrives on the interaction between CBM, client and contractor on each job and feels a real sense of achievement on resolving complex issues. She does not give up until a solution has been reached. Others have remarked that Jennifer’s positive, sunny disposition is very well suited to her role with CBM. Jennifer is very creative and loves music, design and photography. Jennifer also enjoys travel and bushwalking with her family and dogs.
With a background in Communications, Jess appreciates collaborating with the diverse multicultural team at CBM. She is dedicated to delivering outstanding client service and helping contractors provide their services effectively.
To stay inspired, Jess engages in a variety of activities. Having worked as a Radio Presenter in Kenya, she has a passion for music, dance, theatre, and writing. When she’s not busy with her two young kids, she recharges through yoga. Additionally, she loves reading, traveling, and meeting people from different cultures.
Olivia provides admin support across all departments. She is continually learning and keen to help in any area she can. She enjoys working at CBM because everyone is great at sharing their knowledge, communicating and supporting each other.
Olivia’s interests out of work are running, CrossFit, fashion, photography, socialising with friends and her two dogs.
Judy started with CBM over 10 years ago as a Client Service Officer and part of the after hours team. Judy has witnessed CBM’s growth during this time and participated in implementing new programs, processes and safety documents. Judy enjoys the variety of work. Outside of work Judy enjoys being active, going for walks, relaxing at the beach, socialising and spending time with family and friends.
Ash is a finance professional with a Master's degree in Professional Accounting and having an extensive expertise in diverse financial domains. With a robust background in client and customer service within the retail industry, he places paramount importance on ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction.
Outside the world of work, Ash indulges in his passion for outdoor activities, including hiking, long drives, and exploring the pristine beaches of this beautiful country. A food enthusiast, he savors the flavors of global cuisines, with Iranian Kebabs with Saffron Rice ranking high among his favorites.

Sharon grew up in Quirindi, an hour south of Tamworth, where she completed her schooling before moving to Tamworth. Her strong appreciation for community values aligns with CBM Facilities Group's mission, emphasizing the importance of engaging with local contractors to work in their local area.
With a long tenure in the legal field, followed by roles in property management and payroll, Sharon was seeking a place where she could settle and contribute to the success of a small business. Her exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the company’s financial data.
Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her husband and their two sons, who share a love for mountain biking. Sharon loves country music and reading and exploring new destinations in their caravan.
Angus is a young business professional who recently completed his Bachelor of Business degree.
He is genuine, pro-active and ambitious. Angus is a reliable member of the CBM team who has succeeded in his various roles over the last 3 years. In his spare time he enjoys Sports, adventures and the beach.
Carl and his team at CRL Financial Services have been supporting CBM FG with bookkeeping and business services support for over two years. Carl is passionate about automation and systems integration and loves being part of the evolution of systems at CBM that help deliver fantastic service, efficiently.
Carl holds a Masters in Business Administration and qualifications in accounting, financial planning & mortgage broking. He's a registered BAS Agent and a member of numerous professional associations.
As strange as it, Carl loves numbers, especially the satisfaction of creating order out of chaos, and a seriously complex Excel spreadsheet.
He loves his family, regional Australia and all it has to offer, and he has an unfulfilled life-long ambition to drive triple road-trains in northern Australia.
